Mum and Dad enjoyed some great holidays. They went to Canada with Pauline and Solveig to visit dad's relatives. Cousin Evelyn came over several times and stayed with them and toured around Britain.

They had a trip to China which they were very impressed with. They loved touring round Scotland England and Wales.

In 2003 they fulfilled a dream and bought a house in France and really enjoyed renovating it.

They were delighted when grandsons James and Joseph arrived. Dad had the excuse to make a rocking horse!
